We found out our tankless gas water heater was not working on a Friday night around 10pm. By Saturday before Noon, a tech (Chris) had been to the house, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part came in the following Wednesday around 11am when I got a call to schedule an appointment that afternoon, Chris was back and had the Water Heater fixed before 3pm. The shipping of the part was sadly dictated by the manufacturer, otherwise I think we’d have had hot water sooner given how overly responsive Blue Water was.Chris also sent daily updates via text between when they ordered the part and when it came in to keep me informed.While living in a house with a family of five without hot water for five days was not pleasant, dealing with Blue Water Plumbing was incredibly easy and comforting.

Christian and his associate were cordial, polite, and professional. They repaired/replaced both my outside spigots much to my delight with having outside water again, and the charge was very reasonable.
